Guayaquil is Ecuador’s main port, and it´s the largest city with a population of three and a half million people.
This tropical city the financial and commercial center of the country, lies on the banks of the Guayas River, and it is located thirty miles inland from the Gulf of Guayaquil.
All flights depart from Guayaquil to Galapagos and from Galapagos return to Guayaquil, that gives travelers an opportunity to explore the city or its surroundings.

CACAO FARM EXPERIENCE
Enjoy the opportunity to learn first-hand the way of life and traditions of the “Montubio Culture” of Ecuador’s coastal region, enjoy the history of cacao beans and the modern processes used to obtain the best chocolate ( Ecuador is among the main producers of high quality cocoa in the world ). This trip takes about five hours and includes a visit to the Cacao Plantation, collecting tropical fruits right from the trees, learn the process from seed to plants, through grafting, harvest, sun-drying, roasting.
To a chocolate bar made with our own hands .
Sample chocolate and even buy some more if you want.
Plus a delicious traditional lunch at the farm house.
