This trip includes a visit to Ingapirca archaeological site, a city tour of Cuenca, a Panama hat factory, and a short drive to EL Turi to take an incredible panoramic view of the city.

The return to Guayaquil includes a visit to Cajas National Park.

Note: instead of the city tour in Cuenca we drive you to Baños de Cuenca, known for its natural hot springs and enjoy a delicious lunch at Piedra de Agua, a luxury spa complex. Piedra de Agua offers additional services such as volcanic mud baths, steam baths and massages for an additional fee.

(If we chose the Spa alternative) we’ll do  the city tour in the morning and then start our trip  back to  Guayaquil via El Cajas National Park

Drive back to  Guayaquil
Only 30 minutes from Cuenca, Cajas National Park will be one of the highlights of your trip in Ecuador and is a paradise for both birdwatchers and hikers alike. We can modify this tour depending on the particular interests and fitness level of participants in order to fill the morning with the perfect hike for you.

The weather can be unpredictable in Cajas with glorious sunshine one minute and sudden mist or rain the next.
